The Director of Communications, All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council, Benue State, Tersoo Kulas, has described the judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, yesterday, in the case instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against the APC as laudable.

The court dismissed the PDP’s case seeking the disqualification of APC candidates from contesting the general elections over alleged infractions in the conduct of the APC primaries.

In a phone chat with The Guardian, Kulas said: “The PDP is clearly trying to avoid having to contend with any opponent in the general elections.”

He said that by the judgment, the courts have proven that contrary to PDP’s accusation of infractions in the conduct of the APC primaries, their nomination process was “transparent, credible and followed laid down procedure.”
