On the 23rd of April, Nigerian megastar, Davido, hit a new milestone by gaining 20 million followers on Instagram, thus becoming the African musician with the most followers on Instagram. As a result, we decided to take a look at how fans in Nigeria and Africa as a whole interact with their musical talent by making a list of the ten most followed acts. We also extended the inquiry to fans to find out what Nigerian musician’s Instagram page they’d love to run for a day if given the chance. We got some wild responses and some smart ones from our online followers, here are some of the responses we got:
